To the left of each meal above, write how often your family will eat that meal in 1 month. To calculate for leftovers or eating out, use 20-22 dinners in a 30 day period.

Now…Make a Shopping listDo the Math- Multiply your ingredients list for each meal by the number of times your family will eat each meal in a month.

*For a 3 month supply fill out three of the above forms using a variety of meals that suit your family’s tastes and needs.
