As a Training Manager working for EDS on the Massachusetts Medicaid Project, "NewMMIS". I am managing the design and development of the eLearning, ILT and training materials. This is the CW's largest IT project and will be used by 30,000 + Users!

The BHR Varsity Football season video project consumed me for 3 weeks as I set game highlights for 12 games to music and added special effects for that ESPN Sports Center style. Fun stuff to do and the kids loved it. ...cm

I spent some time working on video production for a youth pioneer trek reunion. I really got to use Final Cut Pro to create a photo/video music montage of sorts. it's edited very tight, but it was fun. I think I could have spent another week on it, and slowed it down. Managed a team of 8 developers to create online learning coursework for the implementation of the new Medicaid processing system for Massachusetts. Planned with committees for software development and project administrative teams with client and management to ensure delivery of content and training materials. Designed and developed eLearning interface using Captivate, Flash and Fireworks. Allocated resources and budgets to accomplish project milestones as approved by client. Contributed process documentation for various project phase requirements using collaborative application and project planning software. Advised the design and development of interactive website for housing of the training materials.
